(Madrid, Exclusive SoloAzar) - We spoke to Virginia Pin, Marketing Manager at WinSystems about the firm's successful performance at the 2024 edition of the FIJMA Fair, held from 7 to 9 May in Madrid, Spain.

Win Systems Introduces WIGOS ONE and New Technological Solutions at FIJMA 24

"During FIJMA 24, Win Systems presented WIGOS ONE, a unique system that centralises the management of several lines of business, including casinos, arcades, bingo, road operations and hospitality, integrating data from other areas such as sports betting, online gaming and lotteries," Virginia began.

They also presented there the latest development within WIGOS ONE, the WIGOS Analytics module, which enables real-time, visual and dynamic data analysis, providing valuable information for strategic and informed decision making.

Continuing with the highlights from the Win Systems stand, Virginia described 2 of their innovative apps: "WIGOS Collect which provides operators with real-time access to counters, route optimisation, cash-out difference management, cashier payout management and cash centralisation, among other essential functions and WINUP Wallet which allows players to manage funds to top up their wallets and play the machines, as well as access services offered by the casino or gaming floor, such as the Players Club, machine reservations and food and beverage ordering, all from within the app. "

In relation to the Spanish market we asked her: "How do you see the current Spanish market and what are your plans for growth and expansion in the Spanish market".

Our plans for growth and expansion in the Spanish market are strategic and well defined. We will continue to invest in technological innovation to offer cutting-edge products and services that respond to the specific needs of the local market. We were in negotiations with operators all over the country and FIJMA provided us with the perfect opportunity to meet with them and close numerous deals.

Regarding the increase of iGaming events in Spain, both for this year and 2025, Win Systems' Marketing Manager shared a brief analysis of the situation from the company's perspective: "At Win Systems we are focused on the land-based business, which is still in the majority and has exciting future challenges. However, keeping up to date with industry trends is a priority for us, and we are committed to taking advantage of these events to stay informed and aligned with the latest developments. By participating and attending these events, we ensure that we stay at the forefront of industry trends and continue to deliver innovative solutions to our customers."

She then continued her analysis by elaborating on the comparison between face-to-face and online gaming: "At Win Systems, we recognise that both face-to-face and online gaming have distinct strengths and are evolving in complementary ways. Face-to-face gaming continues to thrive because of its social interaction, which many players find irreplaceable. Land-based casinos offer a unique atmosphere and sense of community that cannot be replicated online.
On the other hand, online gambling has experienced significant growth, especially due to its convenience and accessibility. Players can enjoy a wide range of games from anywhere, and technological advances continue to enhance the gaming experience.

We believe that the future of gaming lies in the synergy between these two modalities, allowing the player to choose which platform they want to play on at any given time. At Win Systems we are working on tools for this integration, so that operators can offer players a more complete and engaging experience.

Finally, she detailed the upcoming fairs in which they will participate this year:
"In the coming months, we will be attending a number of events that highlight our commitment to the gaming industry and our dedication to supporting charitable causes.

On 12-13 June we will be exhibiting at the Peru Gaming Show, where we will be showcasing products and solutions designed specifically for the Peruvian market. This event represents a fantastic opportunity to connect with local operators and demonstrate how our innovations can meet their unique needs.
At the end of June, we will also participate in a charity golf tournament in Mexico, "Gold & Gaming", to benefit two foundations. This event underscores our ongoing commitment to give back to the community and support meaningful causes through our corporate initiatives.
To conclude the year, we will be attending G2E, an ideal opportunity to meet with almost all of the world's operators. This prestigious event allows us to showcase our latest innovations and engage with industry leaders, cementing our position as a leading supplier to the gaming industry."
